1. COMMISSION FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION (CCP)
The Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP) has an opened national telephone for the consumer with the following number 0700 111 22.
Calls from across the country is accepted at the price of one local call. The telephone is operated around the clock, as well as holidays and weekends. Within the working time of the institution, the phone is served by rescue experts and at other times - by specially trained operators. Signals are received on the phone for abused consumer rights set out in the Law on Consumer Protection, Law on Tourism and other legislation under which the CPC has imposed powers.
On the national phone also advices are given to citizens for their consumer rights, as well as for the rules and the competent authority, according to the subject of each call - public services, contractual and civil law relations, mass urban transport, public services and others.

2. BULGARIAN AGENCY FOR FOOD SAFETY
Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety receives signals for violations, complaints and experiences related to food, health and animal welfare, plant protection products, the overall activity of the Agency.
To ensure the contact of the consumers, visiting winter tourist sites during the 2014-2015 winter tourist season, with Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety, in the event of incidents or potential violations concerning safety and quality of food dealt and prepared in sites, located on the territory of mountain resorts, the following data can be used:

6. AGENCY "ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE”
All citizens and companies can receive information about the current traffic conditions along the national network of the Agency's website at: www.api.bg, in the section "Current traffic situation" at any time of the day, no days off, phone: 0700 130 20.
In the agency, a Situation Centre works which collects and summarizes data on the state of the national roads in 24-hour mode, all year round. The collected and summarized information is published daily on the website of the agency in the "Bulletin of traffic conditions”.
Signals for irregularities, fraud, conflict of interest and suspicions of fraud under projects, related to the implementation of programs, co-financed by the EU implemented by "Road Infrastructure", can be submitted to the e-mail: signali@api.bg; phone: 0800 130 10 or by the form for feedback in the website of Road Infrastructure Agency http://www.api.bg/index.php/bg/signali-za-nerednosti/podaj-signal.
The phone dials without code for Sofia from across the country and talks are free. This phone does not receive signals, unrelated to the topic of irregularities and suspicions of fraud. Calls are recorded automatically the signal applied is registered, thereafter an inquiry opens upon the case. It is desirable to specify details of the violations and the facts you are aware. This will allow to take timely action and prevent any acts of corruption.
Citizens can send their signals for corruption and suspected irregularities /fraud in the Registry Office of the Agency "Road Infrastructure" from 9.00. to 17.30 o’clock.
