  • general information about the tourist destination - geographical, economic, cultural, historical and other;
  • creation and maintaining a database of local tourism product - attractions, services, tourism products and other;
  • providing information (on site and online) of visitors, local business, local population, local authorities;
  • dissemination of information about the destination with the aim of promoting it to the local, national and international markets.

2.    Development of tourism products:

  • creation and update of the database of tourist attractions within the destination, natural and cultural resources, accommodation, catering and entertainment, transportation, calendar of events;
  • needs research;
  • developing products according to demand;
  • dissemination of information and commercialization of products (issuance of monthly newsletters).

3.    Support of the local tourism development:

  • promoting the development of tourism on the local, regional and national level;
  • participation in the planning of tourism development;
  • organization of events in the destination.

4.    Monitoring:

  • developing a database of all tourism entities (accommodation, etc.) within the destination.
