ITB Berlin: Bulgaria Awarded 'Best Destination for the Balkan Region' for 2023

Within the framework of the exhibition Bulgaria received an extremely prestigious recognition from the Association of Pacific Tourism Journalists. Our country was awarded the 'Best Destination for the Balkan Region' for 2023 and Minister Dimitrov received the 'Minister for the Balkan Region 2023' award 

The award is a testament to the successful policies that our country is pursuing towards the recovery and growth of the tourism industry, which has suffered immensely from a number of negative events in recent years. 

The two awards were presented today to the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism at a special ceremony at Messe Berlin.
