Evtim Miloshev handed over the management of tourism to the new minister Miroslav Borshosh

Evtim Miloshev handed over the post of tourism minister to Miroslav Borshosh, who will head the sector in the 105th government of the Republic of Bulgaria. Evtim Miloshev presented the new minister with an icon of St. George the Victorious, wishing him success, victories and good decisions in tourism.

After the symbolic gesture, the two held a meeting to discuss the main priorities and key projects for the development of the sector. Miroslav Borshosh is the eighth Minister of Tourism in Bulgaria.

"I would like to thank Interim Minister Evtim Miloshev for the efforts he has made for the development of the tourism sector in a very difficult environment. I am sure that I am building a good and working team, with which we will face the challenge to turn tourism into one of the key sectors for the development of Bulgaria and its economy," said Minister Miroslav Boršoš.

Minister Evtim Miloshev thanked the team of the Ministry of Tourism, the representatives of the tourism industry and all those who have contributed to the successful development of the sector in the past year. "We had the most successful year for Bulgarian tourism - both in terms of number of visitors and revenues. This is due to our efforts as well as those of the sector and the entire administration, who work with dedication for the development of Bulgarian tourism and achieving results," Evtim Miloshev emphasized.
