Success and recognition for Bulgaria, which was unanimously elected a Vice-Chairman of the Regional Commission "Europe" of the UN World Tourism Organization

Bulgaria was unanimously elected as a Deputy Chairman of the Regional Commission for Europe of the United Nations Tourism Organization (WTO) for the period 2021-2023. The vote took place this afternoon during the 66th session of the Regional Commission for Europe in the Greek capital, Athens. The participants in the forum congratulated the Bulgarian Minister of Tourism Stella Baltova for the success of our country.

The tasks for Bulgaria are to take all necessary measures for the implementation of important, global decisions in the field of tourism, protecting the interests of all countries, both in the region and around the world. The regional commission, in the management of which our country was elected, consists of 42 countries.
