Church of St. George, Oryahovo

The church of St. George is declared a monument of culture of national importance. It was built in 1837 with donations and voluntary work by residents in Oryahovo town. The first bell was placed on Easter in 1864. The frescoes date back to 1928. The church is a three-nave with a saddle roof. The iconostasis attracts with its brightly painted panes. The icons are from 19th century.
